Frequently Asked Questions

After you make a booking, you can find tracking numbers for all of your orders in a WhatsApp message, at the email address you used to register, or on the AICS panel they give you.

Estimated travel times are given in terms of the business days that it will take for your package to arrive. Unless the service specifically includes weekend delivery, this usually doesn't include the weekends. In most countries, working days are Monday through Friday, but this can change from country to country.

You won't be able to get tracking information for your package until it has been shipped, and sometimes not until it has been processed at its location. If by the end of the next day (after dispatch or connection at the location), your tracking information still hasn't been updated, please contact us and we'll look into it and get back to you.

We work hard to keep our vows and meet the expectations of our customers, but sometimes things may not go as expected.
